How long will it take to get Deferred Action (DACA)?

How long will it take to get Deferred Action,?

Answer : As of September 5, 2017, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is no longer accepting new applications for DACA. DHS will only accept renewals expiring on or before March 5, 2018. They will only accept these renewals until October 5, 2017. The processing times for these applications will vary depending on how many applications the DHS receives and how backed up they are.
