Employment process deferred action

What happens after the two years of deferred action?

After 2 years of deferred action the status expires. Applicants are required to renew between 150-120 days before the expiration date in order to not have a lapse in the status. Being granted Deferred Action, once does not guarantee that it will be granted again. If conditions change you might not be granted deferred action.
