Do I have to send photo(s) along with my I-751 application?

Applicants are no longer required to submit photographs when filing the Form I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence  because those photographs will be taken at the biometrics appointment.

The payment of the biometric fee ($80) should be submitted at the time the conditional permanent resident applicant files the I-751. Any dependents, who are listed under Part 5 of the Form I-751, must also submit the biometric fee ($80) for processing, regardless of age.

Make use of our easy, step-by-step system to prepare your Form I-751 online and get customized filing instructions along with the form.
