Who needs to complete AR-11, Change of Address Card?
Every foreign national in the United States, whether in or out of status, who is a non-
immigrant
or lawful or conditional permanent
resident
, must complete the
form AR 11
and submit it to
USCIS
within 10 days of a change of address.
